20 minutes on the elliptical this morning. My toes started going numb around 18 but I persevered on to 20. Numb toes are no fun. Anyway, I really need a nap now.

Numb toes! From the cold or something else? Mik'L and Wildbull both occasionally mention that they have some tingling/numbness in their feet on some runs. Wonder what is going on? Oh well, great job!

For whatever reason, being on the elliptical for a long time makes my toes go numb. Laura thinks I should get new ones :)

Ha, ha!! You know - the other day, Mike said that his feet often feel tingly on the elliptical, so he takes his shoes off for the rest of his workout. You might try it?!?!?

That's so awesome that you ran 2 miles without walking yesterday! It's such a milestone, isn't it!!!! Now, there's no turning back!! There's no walking again! ;o)

Holy smokes!!! What happened last night that you had NO sleep?? I bet you were exhausted today!!

[So, why is the timer saying that it's 12:36 in the morning? I didn't know that thing is on Eastern time. It's only 10:30 here!]
