Seth and I graduated from BYU April 2007. Our beautiful son Simeon was born that May. I started running again in June with the encouragement of Seth and Lybi. Seth, Lybi, Laura, and their mom are the ones who really keep me running :P

Ugh, I started typing this and then I had to get up and go take care of Simeon. When I came back and submitted it I got logged out and so I lost everything I had typed. And I don't really feel like typing it all again. So suffice it to say I did 3.6 miles on the exercise bike and 1.25 on the treadmill. I am planning on running a 5k in March. And I am very very very sleepy because I went to a pride and prejudice movie watching day at Ruth's house. It wore me out but since I wasn't home to get anything done today I don't have time to take a nap. And Simeon won't go to sleep anyway, so it doesn't matter. Grr.....

Oops, I just remembered that Laura asked for news about us. We are doing great. Seth is cute, I am cute, but Simeon is always cuter (j/k). Except when he is refusing to sleep when I want him too, there is nothing cute about that. Ha ha. He seems to be doing a lot of that lately.

Anyway, he is sitting pretty now and loves to sit and roll a ball with daddy or mommy. He is saying "da da da da da da da" now and Seth is trying to teach him who "dada" is. He can also roll over from his back to his tummy now and sometimes he plays the game where he rolls front to back, back to front, over and over and over again. It makes me exhausted just to watch him. And he also is eating finger foods really well now. It's all thanks to those puffs (which he is addicted to). He also wants to feed himself with the spoon so we now have some lovely baby food artwork on our wall :)

I took Simeon for a walk late this afternoon. It was actually a beautiful warm day and I wanted to take advantage of it. Plus Simeon wouldn't take a nap and he was grumpy and I didn't want to have to deal with his grumpiness. He's always happy outside so we went for a walk.

Ack! I did it! I just registered for a 5 k on March 22! Now I'm committed and I'm so terrified!

You changed the name of your blog site!! I would have thought it was another Kristina on the blog!! Luckily I clicked over from one of Laura or Libby's comments. Glad to see you are blogging again. I knew you were running at least in circles. I am glad you can use the rec center machines. Sorry about the eliptical being funky.

No the elliptical really is great. I love being able to use it.

What a cutie little Simeon is!!! Those puffs really are addicting to kids! And the artwork on the wall ... um ... our 7 year old still adds to ours! Don't think that's going away any time soon! Ahhhhhh! LOL

You scared me to death when you blogged 5.35 miles!!! I thought you'd lost your mind! But then I read that it was a combination of exercise equipment and a walk. Phew!! It's good to know you haven't been bit by a radioactive spider or anything! Great exercising today!!

I wish I could get bit by a radioactive spider!
