I ran on the ditch bank today. No sign of any potential running friends. I did two miles total but I actually stopped and walked that last half mile because my knee was hurting quite a bit. Hopefully it was just a today thing and it's not going to start acting up. It was a nice day though. No wind. Running in the wind is no fun. Sometimes a breeze is nice but there is a fine line between breeze and wind so it is better to just do without.

That sounds like a nice run. 2 miles is pretty good. Remember how happy we were the first time we ran 1 mile together? Now you runs 2 miles without even thinking and run 5k's without being winded at the end. Thats pretty good stuff!

Good job!

Good job, Kristina! I've had good luck with asking friends who don't run to go running with me. Just assure them that you won't run them into the ground. Who knows, they might become runners because of you!

P.S. I'd run with you if I could!

Seth is right. You don't even seem that winded anymore. Your cheeks glow.

Lybi that is a great idea. The only problems is that in order to ask friends to run with you, you have to have friends first. Ha ha :) I was talking to my brother the other day and he was making fun of me for only having blog friends :)

It's nice to know Seth loves me enough to comment on my blog :)
