Personal:
Seth and I graduated from BYU April 2007. Our beautiful son Simeon was born that May. I started running again in June with the encouragement of Seth and Lybi. Seth, Lybi, Laura, and their mom are the ones who really keep me running :P
20 minutes on the elliptical today! I could have done more (25 or maybe even 30). I was feeling really good except that my toes were going numb. I thought, "That is odd, I had better get off."
How strange! I wonder why your toes went numb. I think I would've stopped too. Numbness never sounds healthy. ;o)
