Ha ha, I like the new lists. I'm glad to see that I'm not on the lost sheep list even though I haven't posted in a long time. Here is the account of my digression and rehabilitation. First, I started getting busy and distracted by other things and stopped blogging, though I was still exercising. I admit, my exercises were becoming less frequent and then they stopped entirely. Then Thanksgiving came and I ate A LOT of pie and gained three pounds. That is when I started exercising again. And now I am blogging again. Or at least I am going to make a strong attempt to blog regularly. So I really was a lost sheep but I have returned to the fold :)

Mostly I have been using the elliptical at Jackie's. It is fun to be able to go over there, even if it means I don't get anything done at home. Ha Ha. They are gone on vacation now so I will probably go to the rec center some. It depends on whether or not we have anything for me to eat for breakfast. If not then I will have to go raid their cold cereal and use the elliptical :)

I went to the doctor yesterday for my yearly checkup. While I was there I also got a flu shot and the new tetanus booster. It protects against tetanus, diptheria, and whooping cough and you only have to get it once. So no more tetanus booster shots. Anyway, my arm is very sore. Last night was worse though. I couldn't move it at all and picking up the baby was horrible. It's still sore, but much better.

I'm excited for Christmas! Especially since so many people are coming to visit. Now if only everyone could come, then maybe I could finally be in the family picture. Ha ha, just kidding.

I hope you feel so comfortable coming over to our house even if we are going. Sometimes Nathan may not be up to open the front door. We should get you a key. Glad to see you are running. Is this really a lifetime innoculation? No more every 10 year tetnus shot?

Yup, Dr. Madden said it is a one time shot.

I do go to your house sometimes when you are not home, it is just so much funner when you are there :)
