Personal:
Seth and I graduated from BYU April 2007. Our beautiful son Simeon was born that May. I started running again in June with the encouragement of Seth and Lybi. Seth, Lybi, Laura, and their mom are the ones who really keep me running :P
I went over to use the elliptical this morning. The best part about using the elliptical is that I get to eat a good breakfast. I usually don't eat very good breakfasts when I'm home alone. oops.
Cheese and fruit make a good breakfast! Good job this week--4 days in a row. :)
