Yea for great running days! Today Seth didn't have to go to school. The doctor that teaches his class wasn't going to be there today. Some of the other students were going to get together, but Seth thought he could get more done if he stayed home and studied. So he held the baby this morning so I could go out and run. I was curious to see how my mile would be since our mile last night was pretty good. I did the entire loop in 14 minutes. It took me 3 minutes to walk the first .2. That means my mile was 11 minutes! I was pretty happy with that.

Great job, Kristina. I just looked it up on my blog and the first time I ran a sub-11:00 mile was May 11th of this year--after running everyday for about a month and a half--and I had NOT just had a baby. Very commendable!

Thanks Lybi! It was actually 11:15, but I was still really happy. It is nice to be able to see that you are improving and that all your hard work is paying off.
